The Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System (CrMS)
The Creighton Model FertilityCare™ or CrMS relies upon the standardized observation and charting of biological markers that are essential to a woman’s health and fertility. Women have these “biomarkers” when they are naturally fertile and infertile, allowing the couple to use the system either to achieve or to avoid pregnancy. These biomarkers also telegraph abnormalities in a woman’s health.
Every woman wants to be in control of her body and plan when she wants to achieve or avoid pregnancy. The Creighton Model System teaches a women (or couple) to know and understand the naturally occurring phases of fertility and infertility.
ADVANTAGES of the CrMS
- Standardized and Objective
- Easy to Learn and Easy to Interpret
- Shared Between the Spouses
- Professional & Reliable
- Medically Safe
- Personalized to a Woman and Her Situation
- Promotes Marital Bonding
- Improves Marital Communication
- Aids in Timing of Tests for Diagnosis and Treatment
- Applicable to All Cycle Types–Regular, Irregular, Long, or Anovulatory Cycles; Breastfeeding; Premenopausal; and Infertility
The Creighton Model FertilityCare System is 99.5% effective (perfect use) in avoiding pregnancy and 90% effective in achieving pregnancy by the 3rd cycle and 98% effective by the 6th cycle.
The FertilityCare System is the perfect system to manage irregular cycles because it identifies fertility and infertility by actual physical signs, not by calendar calculations. Contrary to popular belief, very few cycles are 28 days. Variation in cycle length can be caused by hormonal factors or physical and emotional stress. The FertilityCare System can help identify the causes and, if needed, NaProTECHNOLOGY can provide the appropriate cooperative medical treatment.
SPICE is designed to promote Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Creative/Communicative, and Emotional growth between couples and strengthen the foundation that is essential to build relationships on.
NaProTECHNOLOGY uses the biomarkers of the CrMS to recognize health and disease. These biomarkers help us to identify any problems, correct the condition, maintain the human ecology and sustain procreative potential. NaProTECHNOLOGY identifies and suggests treatment for problems and diseases associated with women’s health.
Monthly Blood Draws for NaproTECHNOLOGY Clients
All blood draws will be done at Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital. The process will differ slightly between weekday and weekend draws, but the samples will all be stored together at Saint Thomas Midtown to make it easier for LabPlus to send them to your doctor after all of the draws are complete. Please make sure that your doctor’s name and address to where the blood will be sent are both clearly stated in the orders.
